Dr Neeraj Shah MB BS

Neeraj graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in 2012 and is currently on an Academic Foundation Programme in Public Health at University College London.

His main research interest is in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, specifically in sputum smear-negative patients. He has also investigated issues in burn ICU patients. In addition he has undertaken work in high altitude physiology, including field work on Mt. Kilimanjaro and a planned expedition to the Indian Himalayas in August 2013.

He has published his work in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences, including the American Thoracic Society.
