Dr Hasan Naveed MB BS BSc

Hasan graduated from St George’s, University of London in 2014. He attained MBBS with a distinction in medical sciences and a first-class honours degree in Anatomy and Developmental Science. Throughout his undergraduate years, he has undertaken several multi-institutional research projects in radiology, clinical anatomy, urogynaecology, maxillofacial, orbital, plastic and reconstructive surgery. His work has been presented at various international conferences and published in high impact peer-reviewed journals.
Hasan was successful in the Pan-London Academic Foundation Programme selection, taking up his first choice job at the Academic Surgical Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. His research focus now lies in Surgical Simulation and Robotics and its role in the medical curriculum. He is keen about teaching medical students, and has previously been an Anatomy Demonstrator and Student-Lecturer at St George’s, University of London. Hasan is currently a Clinical Tutor and Mentor for Imperial College London, and an Honorary Supervisor at St George’s University of London.
