Adam graduated from Barts and The London medical school with Distinction in 2013. He underwent an Intercalated BSc in Surgery and Anaesthesia at Imperial College London, achieving first class honours. After graduation he embarked upon a surgically-themed Academic Foundation Programme in Manchester, where he undertook a project analysing genetic and molecular factors associated with mortality in Neurofibromatosis type 2. During his foundation years was first author on a book called “Managing surgical patients out-of-hours for newly qualified doctors”.
He now holds an Academic Clinical Fellowship position in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at UCL and is a specialist registrar on the UCLH Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery rotation. In 2018 he will commence a PhD project in the field of biological augmentation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
