This course, now in its fourth year, is designed to enable prospective AFP candidates to get their top-choice academic post.

The course will take place in central London and start at 9am, concluding at 5pm. The first session identifies and develops the skills needed to get shortlisted - including how to choose a programme and how to answer the white space questions and develop your CV. In the sessions before and after lunch, attention turns to the knowledge-base that underpins successful interview. In the session after tea, delegates receive interview training in groups undertaken by current and former AFP doctors.

The ticket price this year is £89.

Please be aware that we don't include lunch - the additional cost per head for lunch is about £10-£20, and because we're in central London we know that there's better food available nearby for a lot less!

There is no required pre-course reading.

Delegates will receive a full copy of the slides after the event.
